The background is outstanding, as well as the choice in colors for everything. The only helpful criticism I could give you, is to work on the hair a little more from the top. The shades, and the flow is just amazing, but it doesn't look natural in a sense... It looks too stiff. It's not a crazy hairstyle like Goku's where it is gravity defined, so it's a little in-between. The neck is just slightly longer than it should be.

Over all, I think it's amazing, just a few little things to work on <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> This is also my first critique, so I'm sorry I was a little harsh. I do not base any of this off of my own abilities though because I can't even figure out the backgrounds which are just white as of now....
